PETA Ltd are proud to be working BS Care to recruit a caring and compassionate Junior Administrator Apprentice. The Apprentice will be working as a team to provide reliable, quality service to meet the needs of clients.


Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.


About the role:

The Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supporting the BS Care team in ensuring that all administrative processes are completed in a timely manner in order to ensure provision of a quality service
  • Answering telephone calls and where appropriate responding to queries or adding diary alerts to the appropriate person
  • Processing and sending schedules to customers
  • Preparing starter packs for new employees
  • Taking up references for new employees
  • Undertaking DBS Checks
  • Undertaking audits for management reports
  • Responsible for the stock management of stationary, PPE and cleaning supplies
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all information is always respected and protected
  • Health & Safety / accident reporting / fire safety
