Description
We are currently looking for a Study Coordinator to join our Immunology and Immunotoxicology team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

As a Study Coordinator your main responsibility is to provide the necessary support to the department with respect to documentation and plan adherence so the department are able to fulfil all regulatory and service delivery expectations.


In this fast paced role, you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of Immunotoxicology studies across the different work streams with a team that really support each other and have great morale.


This role will allow you to implement your numerical and reporting skills and utalise your interest in data to support studies across LabCorp Global.

This will be office based however after your probation training period we will consider hybrid working.


Main responsibilities include:


  • Maintains proficiency in specific software used in study conduct and reporting.
  • Plans, prioritises, and manages a workload
  • Reviews data to assure quality standards are met and to verify compliance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements.
  • Expands knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GLPs), SOP requirements, and other guidance documents.
  • Uses appropriate systems and programs for review of electronic data.
  • Conducts timely and accurate quality control for study related data.
  • Assist with the generation and update of tables and graphs, using specific software and systems.
  • Report any difficulty, uncertainty or unexpected findings as appropriate.
  • Assist with updating various indexes and logs
  • Assist with the timely archiving of study documentation, study materials and/or electronic archiving
  • Develop understanding of project tracking systems
  • Accept responsibility for own GLP/GCP compliance
  • Develop a working knowledge of the variety of assays supported in I&I including regulations, and the sample analysis to help understand the data that is being reviewed

Education

  • A relevant scientific degree would be advantageous however a passion for data and reporting would outweigh this

Experience

  • A proven passion for data and reporting
  • Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Word, Excel).
  • Good organizational and time management skills required.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Excellent verbal, numerical and visual skills.
  • To be conscientious, disciplined, flexible and adaptable, having a sense of responsibility and to ensure that work is performed accurately and precisely and in a timely manner.
