About the Care Assistant role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you at Percurra Chelmsford Supporting our elderly and/or vulnerable clients to live as independently as they can.

How would you feel knowing that you had made someone feel amazing in the morning just by supporting them with a shower and helping them get dressed for the day?

Maybe you'd be helping another client prepare their favourite breakfast and assist them with their medication.

Maybe one weekend you may support a client to visit their spouse in a local care home or another to access the community for leisure activities.

We are a local, reputable, domiciliary care company with a
'GOOD' CQC rating, supporting our clients to live their lives their way.

We cover Chelmsford, Billericay, Ingatestone, Brentwood and surrounding areas.

What we're looking for in our Care Assistants:
Experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given to all new Care Assistants. All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, kind, and patient, with a big heart

Full UK driver's licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential.

We have genuine opportunities for you to gain care qualifications, whilst being surrounded by a wonderful team.

You will be very well supported in your role as a Care Assistant and have the opportunity to increase your earnings with overtime.

Weekly schedule:

Mornings
Day time
Evenings
Two weekends per month
(essential)
