LLSE is a well established, not for profit organisation specialising in providing leadership development training for teachers, education leaders and support staff.
LLSE is currently in a growth phase, expanding from a regional to a national provider inour role as a government approved lead provider for the National professional Qualifications (NPQ's) for school leaders.
This is an exciting and key senior administration role within LLSE's team for a dynamic, highly-organised individual with skills in data collection, analysis and reporting.
The post holder will work with the Director of Improvement to ensure that the improvementprocesses and analysis supports LLSE's continuous improvement philosophy.

The purpose of the role is to:
- Schedule, embed and manage systems and process to collect both quantitative and qualitative data
- Provide first line analysis, identifying patterns and emerging successes and risks indicated in the data
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders including analysis and improvement actions, reviewing progress towards KPI's and quality expectations.
- Work with the Director of Improvement to support programme Delivery Partners and stakeholders to become confident in their ability to analyse data and to act on that analysis.
