P&O Ferries are recruiting for two B2B Customer Service Agents (Freight) in Larne.

In this role you will be contribute to the freight revenue growth and development of P&O Freight business on the Larne-Cairnryan route by managing bookings for new and existing customers.

Location:
Larne (this role will include shifts including weekends) and a shift allowance of 20% is payable.

Key responsibilities:

About you:

Achieve maximum ship fill, traffic mix and revenue potential of all Irish Sea sailings.
Maintain and develop customer service standards and ensure all relationships with all customers are at high levels.
To highlight and develop new business opportunities.

Key skills:

Customer service experience ideally in a transport or shipping environment.
Computer literate with experience in MS Office
Able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding commercial workplace. Excellent interpersonal skills.
