Would you like to see local communities more aware of the needs of those coming towards the end of their lives?

Our Compassionate Community Team Lead will be critical in developing the partnership work taking place in our Living Well Centre in Barrow.

We particularly want our services to be more responsive to those groups who often find it difficult to access services.

You'll have a background in working with communities and individuals to deliver health and wellbeing or social support. You'll be passionate about community development and want to see a more inclusive world.
