We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead Landscaper who will run a small team on various hard and soft landscaping projects.

Main Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Competent with both soft and hard landscaping
• Excellent communication and clientinteraction abilities
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Indepth knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
• Leading small team in all landscaping projects
• Assigning tasks based on skill to hit the team's overall goal
• Patios, driveways, garden renovations, artificial grass installation, decking, general landscaping services
• Paid weekly
• This is the starting pay; it will increase over time
• Must have good organisation and communication skills to lead the team
• Set up the team and complete work to a high standard
• Building rapport with clients
• Work under the operations/ project manager

Skills:

• 815 years experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed

£170.00-£200.00 per day
