Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced operational leader to join our team at Haxby Group as Chief Operating Officer.

In this new role, you will be responsible for the ongoing operational delivery across the business, according to the Haxby Group strategic plan and agenda.

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high quality, compassionate care to our local communities that are innovative, ethical, and responsive to the needs of our patients.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive Medical Officer and develop key working relationships with members of the Haxby Group Operational Board, ensuring to share an operational perspective on key business and strategic developments.
