• Serve drinks to customers at a bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic, nonalcoholic, and mixed drinks to individual customers, bartending staff, and servers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and work area.
• Keep customer records on file and ensure accurate recording of all information.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that all stock is available when needed.
• Assist with maintaining bar's appearance and ambience.
• Greet customers and other personnel as appropriate.
• Answer questions about menu items or beverages.
• Enter orders into a computerised pointofsale system.
