Join our Global Accounts Payable team as an Accounts Payable Assistant supporting the efficient operation of our corporate card and expense management systems.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely payments to suppliers and maintaining accurate financial records.


About the role:

  • Assisting with management of transactions through our systems, ensuring payments are made on time and recorded accurately.
  • Assisting with administration of Company credit cards, ensuring all administration through Card portals is up to date, dealing with internal customers queries and liaising with external providers to resolve procedural issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with external partners to promptly address transaction errors. Maintaining excellent organization within the Concur expense system, including integration with corporate cards and travel management companies.
  • Supporting all other Accounts Payable tasks as required including weekly payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, supplier set ups, One-Time Payments.
  • Performing Accounts Payable month end close tasks, posting accruals in line with month end timetable and producing reconciliations and reporting.
About you

  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Experience working in accounts payable roles.
  • Understanding of Accounting platforms, preferably SAP, Oracle or similar
  • Strong process and continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to learn.
