The Opportunity

Responsible for leading and setting the standards for a busy Technical Support function, from handling post sales enquiries for installation, commissioning and fault finding, through to customer training and further developing the online support platform, whilstworking closely with R & D to support new product development.

You

The role calls for an experienced, Technical Support professional, ideally with an electrical / electronic products and systems background, who excels at developing and leading a team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service and technical support.
