Retails Domain experience is a must
:
- Has a sound understanding of Retail Breakfix can understand the Retail estate and guide the tech teams during escalations.
- Service Management mindset need to liaise with Store Managers, Technical teams, Customer IT teams
- Can manage the Deskside at the HO and Distribution Centers.
- Team management of around 7 people onshore & offshore
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience maturity to understand the situation and respond accordingly.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Desk side service managemnt: 10 years (preferred)
