Retails Domain experience is a must
:


  • Has a sound understanding of Retail Breakfix can understand the Retail estate and guide the tech teams during escalations.
  • Service Management mindset need to liaise with Store Managers, Technical teams, Customer IT teams
  • Can manage the Deskside at the HO and Distribution Centers.
  • Team management of around 7 people onshore & offshore
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience maturity to understand the situation and respond accordingly.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year


Experience:


  • Desk side service managemnt: 10 years (preferred)
Retail Domain: 4 years (preferred)
