Winder Fitter based in
Gloucester for an industrial pump company.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 1:30pm

The role _

As the
Winder Fitter your role will involve the following important duties:

Dismantle, rewind and reassemble of conventional single-phase and three-phase and small AC/DC motors and associated equipment including pumps and gearboxes.
Testing and detailing of AC/DC electrical motor winding.
Connection and testing of winding.
Preparing all reusable parts for rewinding and inspecting renewed parts for hidden, or unusual conditions.

The experience required _

As a successful
Winder Fitter, you will have the following:

Mechanical time-served and indentured to ONC & HNC, NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Full Clean UK Driving licence.
Experience working with pumps, gearboxes, motors and fans.
Overhead crane and forklift licences.
Water hygiene qualified.
