As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a
UK Reverse Logistics Coordinator to our global team.

OVERVIEW
We are looking for an UK Reverse Logistics Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in Leeds, UK.

The role of the Return logistics Coordinators is a critical part of ensuring our returns are collected and received at our 3rd party returns partner and allowing us to successfully deploy our company's mission to support our customer's.

As an UK Return Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful collection and delivery of returns orders to meet Sharkninja's expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as perform general administrative tasks.

You will be interfacing with Return's logistics partners, 3PL UK providers, and various clients.

Previous Logistics experience is preferable, however a good attention to details and being a 'team player' are equally important. IT literacy and the willingness to learn are also relevant.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Running reports and extracting date from internal systems to determine open requirements and subsequent prioritization of workload and requests accordingly.
Updating internal systems & reporting in a prompt and accurate manner.
Planning and ensuring returns from our retailers are successfully returned
Raising purchase orders and tracking through to delivery.
Ensuring return of goods / assets are processed efficiently.
Communicating with retailers with updates on collection pickups and lead times.
Liaising with external (3PLs) and internal departments
Creating and supporting relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
Resolving queries relating to supplier and or distributor invoices.
Proactively responding to nonstandard outcomes and taking corrective action to resolve
Working with our external reverse partners on planning of P&A through repairability
Coordination of internal reverse projects

Strong attention to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word, ERP systems
Experience working within a logistics/supply chain environment.
Experience collaborating cross functionally and working towards a common goal.
Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and nontechnical
Strong eye for detail and organizational skills
Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
