We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales team based in Southampton.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of sales representatives
Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance
Identifying training needs and developing training plans for team members
Motivating and coaching team members to achieve their targets and develop their skills
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar leadership role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
