Information and Records Officer
2 year FTC
Manchester City Centre
£29,000 - £30,500 + excellent benefits
This role will be a mixture of office and home based so all applicants must be able to travel easily to Manchester City Centre.
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Records and Information Officer to join our client, a not for profit organisation, based in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager with the planning and implementation of the records migration project
- Checking information and electronic files
- Ensuring all data is moved to the correct location, labelled correctly and accessible but the right people
- Ensure all GDPR and confidentiality policies are followed
- Analysing data and producing reports
- Communicate with a wide range of teams across the organisation to advise on the project, offering solutions
- Assist with the implementation of new records management procedures
Previous experience of records, information or document management is essential:
Experience supporting the implementation of new procedures:
Previous experience of supporting a migration project would be ideal:
- Strong IT skills including Excel and Sharepoint
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively, including when working remotely
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow strict policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work with different groups and establish credibility with stakeholders
Salary:
Up to £30,500 per annum
