You will be joining a friendly and lively team with a 'no job too small' attitude.

You must have the following:

Strong operations experience with a lettings or property management business.
Experience of scaling a department or company.
Experience of creating and running high functioning teams.
Experience at being a mentor for your teams when they need it or simply let them go and solve the problems you know they can.
Strong experience in revenue management and P&L
