Negotiator
Working from a fun, buzzy office by Liverpool Street Station a great temporary opportunity has arisen to work for an online estate agent that is currently changing the way people sell homes.
This role could turn into a permanent position but currently looking for a 4-week temp.
The business is expanding and requires a brilliant sales person to join the team.
This is a full time position based permanently in our offices in Liverpool Street for someone who is looking to work for a fast growing, progressive company with big ambitions and plenty of room for future progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying buyers and booking/arranging viewing appointments
- Referring buyers to our recommended mortgage broker hitting business targets
- Requesting feedback from viewings
- Negotiating offers with buyers and sellers
- Upselling our recommended solicitor hitting business targets
- Upselling other recommended products such as surveys
- Providing top class service
- Working under pressure with a high volume workload
- Competitive

- Strong rapportbuilding skills
- Strong Objection handling and can manage phone calls and conversations
- Strong telephone manner and comfortable using phone as prime mode of communication

- Working hours Monday-Friday (5pm Friday finish), 1 in 3 Saturdays from home

Salary:
£550.00-£575.00 per week
