Responsibilities:


  • Provide a high level of customer care to both internal and external customers.
  • Continuous management of diary of works.
  • Organising and allocating works to engineers on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Producing quotations and design specifications as required.
  • Pricing of works to schedule of rates.
  • Assisting your team on a regular basis, including any ad hoc tasks tasked by the Service Delivery Lead.
  • General office duties, including answering the phone, dealing with queries and filing.
  • Meeting all targets set with the department, including monthly KPI's.
  • Ensure that purchase invoices are signed off and returned efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure that all reactive/project works are invoiced for and are correctly entered onto SIMPRO.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to ensure we are achieving the monthly targets.
  • Chase payments for outstanding invoices in liaison with the Finance team.
  • Ensure all jobs are correctly allocated in a timely manner onto the SIMPRO database.
  • Liaise with the customers including attending meeting when required.
  • Deal with first level complaints both internal and external and escalate more serious cases to the Service Delivery Lead.

Skills:


  • Previous esperience in working in a fastpaced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to achieve and set deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS office and office management software
  • The ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
