We are looking for a Wedding Co-ordinator to join our growing team.

We are looking for Wedding Co-ordinator to run weddings and events and take charge of the order of the day and to lead the team appropriately.

The role will be based on having a longer working week during the summer months and a shorter working week in the winter months.

The role will be based at a number of onsite locations/venues that we work at with most shifts being between 10-14 hours long.

The role is non-salaried with every hour you work being paid for.

As this is an events-based role it will be expected that you will work most weekends and some bank holidays.

We do our rota's a couple of months in advance as we appreciate people need time to make plans and have a life outside of work.

We hire all of our staff internally so you wouldn't be working with agency staff which allows you to build relationships with your colleagues and make real friendships.

This is a rewarding position which allows you to be the face of a couple's special day bringing all the elements together to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• Must have access to a vehicle and a Full UK driving licence
• Must be happy to travel to different locations within Cheshire, Manchester and Derbyshire
• Must hold a Valid UK Passport or EU Citizens card
• Must be flexible with the days and hours you can work as weddings can be hosted on any day of the week with each wedding having a different requirement.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be happy to work longer weeks during the peak wedding season.
• Friendly, Polite and Presentable
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential
• Experience in delegating work and leading a team on the day
• Experience in weddings or a similar role which required leading a team.
• Confident and happy to direct guests and make small introductions on the day e.g., introducing speeches at a wedding
