We are growing and have multiple openings within our Sales team at our headquarters in Belfast.

Our roles include field sales agents, regional sales managers, account executives, key technical partners, key manufacturing partners and key regulatory representatives.

We are seeking energetic people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get busy with a fast-growing business.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding and enhancing an exciting business model platform for a company that is valued by industry experts as the leader in global change in the packaging industry.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop relationships with business owners within the field of design and engineering
  • Meet with business owners to discuss product offerings and best practices for their needs
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's needs through product knowledge and past experience
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to determine what products would best fit their needs
  • Use CRM to develop lead generation activities within the customer base
  • Conduct research on competitors within your territory including pricing information and present options for competing effectively and profitably
  • Make recommendations for new products or features that will help drive sales results for our products including pricing information and help drive product innovation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Experience in a fastpaced environment with a focus on results
  • Experience developing relationships with customers inside a business owner's office or at another location (preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or independently coordinate work schedules (required)
  • Experience in leading a team (preferred)
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)

Salary:
£24,309.00-£28,101.00 per year
