Overview of the Job

An opportunity has arisen to join our Graphic Design and Marketing team, be part of a new and exciting project, at one of the UK's largest motorcycle dealer groups and involving some of the world's best known and highly regarded motorcycle brands.

Global Moto Coventry is to be the new headquarters of Global Moto Group, which includes Colchester Kawasaki, Lloyd Cooper Motorcycles Direct and Clay Cross Kawasaki.

As Graphic Design and Media Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• The production of marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, social media accounts and in-store displays
• Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics
• Help develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled social media posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brandfocused messages
• Monitor and update company websites
• Coordinate social media messaging with the Marketing department
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, sign writers etc. to complete projects
• Attending and representing the company at industry related events

Measures of Success

In the first few months you would have:

• Built great relationships with Global Moto employees and other stakeholders
• Develop an understanding Global Moto, our brands and the future direction of the business
• Produced a broad range of content, on show in both our digital and physical presence

What You Will Need

• Be proactive, innovative and driven to achieve
• Possess strong graphic design skills and be familiar with desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
• Able to deliver productionready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Appropriately coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project
• A helpful and polite manner, and be able to work as part of a team
