TSR are recruiting for a Site Manager to join our client, a bespoke building company who run a range of projects around Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

To run a project in either the Cotswolds or Stroud.

Their projects consist of residential works for private clients and can range from multimillion pound private extensions to complete refurbs of grade 2 listed buildings.

As Site Manager you will:

Take the lead on construction projects, managing all aspects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective planning and coordination of all project activities.
Act as a role model for safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to project specifications.
Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.

You must have the following experience/qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
CSCS Card and SMSTS certification

This is a permanent position, employed directly with the company. Working hours are 7.30am-4.30pm and salary if between £40,000 - £60,000 plus package depending on experience.
