Responsible for:
Operational Business Administration Support & Communication

Duties:

To book agency labour as per agreed plan with PDI Operations Manager
To monitor and reporting of department/staff efficiency within the agreed parameters set by the PDI Operations Manager
Monitor staff training requirements and keep records, including expiry renewals & booking prompts
To compile daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc operational reports as required
To compile daily/weekly/monthly VOH reporting, monitoring Work In Progress (WIP), supporting adhoc priority requests
To compile monthly KPI reporting for Management review
To conduct ISO9001, ISO14001 and site operational audits where appropriate
To document and maintain Site Operating Procedures
To maintain site notice boards with current and relevant information across the site
To consistently monitor all PDI agreed customer KPIs and highlight any anomalies outside of KPI/SLA to General Manager & PDI Operations Manager
To support minute taking and notes as required
Maintaining & updating holiday and absence records
Maintaining the asset log
Adherence to COSHH compliance including daily, weekly and monthly record keeping
