An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join an established developer, based in Glasgow.

Our client is looking for an individual at senior commercial level, who has the ability to lead a commercial team as well as have the technical knowledgeto assess and determine the implications of challenging housing projects.

Ideally, you will have strong groundworks and structures knowledge within a previous role.
A working knowledge of housebuilding and a mixed background from either PQS or main contractor would also be considered.

You will be joining an established business with a strong reputation in the housing market. This is not a volume housebuilding environment, with specific house types.
You will be involved in wholly bespoke projects for the luxury end of the housing market.
