We are currently looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisor to work on a busy Helpdesk in a local NHS establishment within the Middlesbrough area.

You will be responsible for directing volume calls to the relevant department within the hospital along with assisting in any other related tasks within the helpdesk department including Administration work

If you have previous experience working within a customer service position this role could be for you.

This role is part time hours per week across Monday to Friday, between the hours of you 8am pm. A rota will be provided in advance.

Skills Required for this role

  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and alone at times
  • Ability to handle and deal with emergency situations
  • Knowledge of all MS packages, experience working with excel.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
£10.37 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
