Description
Our client is a reputable global law firm, they are now looking for an adaptable and personable HR Assistant to join their HR & Operations team in their London offices on a permanent basis.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the HR team, supporting all team members while delivering a first-class service.
Key Duties Include:
- Inputting all people data into HR Systems such as time entries, holiday approvals, communication details etc. while resolving any general HR queries.
- Producing accurate cyclical reports by collating relevant information such as weekly absence reports, active personnel reports, acknowledgment reports, monthly female lawyer report etc.
- Staying abreast of SRA regulations to ensure timely training and development needs for trainees & newly qualified solicitors.
- Supporting any work experience processes such as Right to Work checks, GDPR notice & confidentiality letters.
- Assisting in secondment processes for trainees.
- Conducting any adhoc duties required to support the business such as payment request forms, attestation of legal documents etc.
