Job Title:
x6 Induction Trainers, 5 months Fixed Term Contract/Secondment
Team:

Office:
Portsmouth (or not minding extensive travel/time to Portsmouth)
Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Your part in our journey:
The role is primarily to organise and personally deliver initial training programmes to equip new Customer Service Agents to carry out their role.
Your part in the team:
Deliver a pre designed, 5 week induction training course to equip new Customer Service Agents to carry out their role
In collaboration with Team Managers, support new Customer Service Agents to settle in to their role in the first weeks after initial training through coaching and feedback
Co-ordinate new starter processes and pre & post induction
Deliver induction training (often 1 day indcutions) for colleagues in other teams at the Shell Energy Poland Office
Take part in projects to improve the induction process and courses and develop training to support the introduction of new products and services
Deliver training at other Shell Energy sites, including outside of Poland, as required
Deliver ongoing training as required to the Customer Service Teams, including (but not limited to); process updates, system updates, soft skills training
Feedback any performance issues with colleagues on induction courses to the relevant Team Manager
Training may cover Customer Service, Broadband and chat roles.
What you'll need to help you make the best of the role:
A confident presenter who is able to engage an audience as well as coach and inspire others as they learn a new role
A proactive team player who is able to to spot opportunities to improve our training proposition and work with colleagues to develop new solutions
Self motivated and able to work remotely from the rest of the training team
Able to lead and motivate new starters while in their initial training
A track record of creating and maintaining strong working relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, both on site and remotely

Working towards or holds a learning and development qualification
