Amersham

Hours:
Part time - 3 days a week in office

Reporting to:
Head of Marketing and Customer Service


Salary:
£22,500 pro rata dependent on experience


Position Description:


The Office Support Coordinator is an important and diverse role within the company providing administrative and office support to the team ensuring high levels of service delivery for both internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin to the MD and UK Team
  • Follow office workflow procedures to maximise efficiency
  • Monitor and maintains record of costs to appropriate budgets, processing invoices
  • Maintain files and records with effective online filing systems
  • Provides historical referencing by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Organisation of arrangements for visitors to the office and meet & greet visitors when they arrive in the office
  • Monitor office expenditure and administer all office contracts (rent, service etc.) and any associated queries
  • Perform bookkeeping activities and update the accounting team and bookings as required
  • Monitor office supplies and brochure stock inventory and place orders
  • Support Managers in HR administration and policies, recruitment, and training schedules.
  • Any other duties as require

  • Outstanding knowledge in MS Office specifically Excel

Job Types:

Salary:
£13,500.00 per year
