Post Title:
Site Supervisor / Caretaker

Hours: 2.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday - Thursday, 1.00pm - 5.00pm Fridays, 20 Hours per week

Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum (28 days per annum, after 5 years continuous service)

Salary:
£10,879.60

Finance & Facilities Manager

Permanent contract with an initial 6 month

Location of Work:
Primarily the post holder will be based at Disabled Living's premises Redbank House in Cheetham.

Your role will be to support and contribute to the smooth running of Redbank House by carrying out a range of caretaking duties and maintenance.

Including room configuration for training and events.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

This is a keyholder position, closing the building
occasional opening of the building required
Security and supervision of the site
Undertaking general maintenance tasks and DIY including painting, small plumbing repairs, replacing bulbs etc
Undertaking regular checks and inspections of the property
Daily, weekly, monthly and annual compulsory checks and record keeping on items such as fire alarm, emergency lighting, roller shutters etc
Daily cleaning of multisensory room equipment
Room set up for training and events
Cleaning car park and outside areas
Gritting car park, as required
Cleaning any areas as required when cleaner not available
Occasional admin support including folding leaflets, shredding, photocopying etc
Disseminating post and deliveries
Charging equipment when required
PAT Testing (training will be given)
Undertaking other duties as directed by your manager, which are consistent with your job and grade of pay
