We are working with a creative design, print and digital marketing agency looking for an experienced full-time sales administrator to develop client relationships and process quotes and orders.
- Process Quotes & Orders
- Track, Manage & Develop Customer Relationships
- Provide Administrative Support
Supporting clients throughout the order process by providing excellent customer service, the role is suited to a well-organised, creative individual interested in marketing and branding.
Using their custom order management system to quickly and accurately respond to quote requests and orders, you will be given the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and grow within the company.
Liaising with the company's in-house design team and suppliers, you will be responsible for processing the order and ensuring deadlines are met and service levels maintained.
