We are looking to recruit a highly organised Executive Assistant, to support CMAST Managing Director, Head of Programme Delivery and Programme Directors to deliver their corporate objectives and portfolio, to join the CMAST Programme office.
This is an exciting role which will support the delivery of the acute and specialist trust provider collaborative programmes in Cheshire and Merseyside for the medium to long term.
The post holder will work alongside the CMAST Managing Director and Head of Programme Delivery, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including taking personal responsibility for delegated projects and business.
This is in addition to providing a comprehensive administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the CMAST Project Management Office (PMO).
The post holder will be responsible for administering the programme approach to programmes / projects identified as part of the CMAST portfolio, by supporting Programme SROs/Directors across multiple programmes in the provider collaborative to ensure the reporting and governance requirements are achieved.
Interviews for this position will be held on 2nd October 2023.

This is in addition to providing a comprehensive administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the CMAST Project Management Office (PMO).

KEY DUTIES
- Enable the effective running of the CMAST PMO by supporting programme management through the coordination of highlight report and CMAST briefing requests and receipts, maintenance of action trackers and production of agendas.
- Ensure the production of monthly CMAST briefings by working with key stakeholders and working to agreed timescales.
- Provide a link to the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB), NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care and other local and national agencies at the highest level, on a range of issues managed by the CMAST Managing Director & Head of Programme Delivery.
- Maintain an up to date confidential list of all appropriate professional group contacts and contact database for Cheshire & Merseyside Acute and Specialist Trusts for the CMAST PMO.
- With the relevant professional group contacts, coordinate Company Secretaries and Professional Group Meetings. Additionally service the Operational Performance Group, CMAST Team Meetings/Development sessions
- Undertake specific projects on behalf of the CMAST Team, as requested.
- Support the Managing Director and Head of Programme Delivery and ensure that he/she briefed in advance of scheduled meetings
Responsibilities include:
- Requesting and coordinating briefings from senior staff in advance of meetings, so that the Leaders are fully informed on all the issues to be discussed.
- Gathering and extracting information from a range of sources (documents, websites, databases) as requested by the Managing Director
