About All Spring Media
All Spring Media is a Chesham based Independent Training Provider.
Over the years we have partnered with a number of key broadcasters and content producers, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Amazon Prime, Global Radio, IMG, Sky Studios Elstree and many more.
We operate out of our training facility in Chesham and deliver training across the country from there.Purpose of the Role
To support in the operations of a small and expanding business.
The work is varied and there is the potential for the role to grow with the business and the individual.
Main Duties
- To undertaking filing and administering apprentice record keeping
- To input data onto spreadsheets and / or databases
- To liaise with learners, employers and stakeholders where appropriate
- To undertake all scanning, shredding and filing
- To track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- To answer calls and direct as appropriate
- To maintain the facilities
- To provide information as required or directed by the line manager
Essential Qualities:
- English, Mathematics to Level
- MS Office
- Attention to detail
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience of the broadcast or content creation sector
Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
