Woman's Trust is a mental health charity that aims to help women in London affected by domestic abuse by providing free, women-only, client-led counselling and support services.

Job Purpose


To ensure Woman's Trust has adequate income to sustain its work year on year and develop and grow in line with the organisation's strategic plans.

You will pursue Trust & Foundation, Statutory, Corporate, Major Donor and Community Fundraising, to achieve your objectives.


You will manage a team of 4 fundraisers: 2 Trusts, Foundations & Statutory fundraisers; a Corporate & Major Donor; and a Community Fundraiser; directly line managing 3 members of the team, whilst the Senior Fundraiser manages one.

You will have your own direct income target for each year.

Sitting within the senior management team, this post will work cross departmentally.

You will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and the funding pipeline; ensure the maintenance and development of excellent relationships with current and new funders, stewarding grants and reporting back; review, update and develop service budgets; oversee the submission or coordination of quality bids, approaches, and events; and carry out or lead the commissioning of service evaluations.
