We have an excellent opportunity for a Scheduler/Planner to join our growing team in our Central hub department. We deliver high-quality, personalised care and support, tailored to each and every one of our customers.We believe in looking after both our customers and Healthcare professionals exceptionally well. We want to hire a committed and compassionate, full-time Scheduler/Planner, to join our friendly and professional team.

Scheduler/Planner duties include:
- Matching care workers to Clients to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Ensuring schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training and lastminute cancellations
- Being responsive to changes in the schedule and liaising with relevant team members
- Ensuring client schedules are matched to their needs, with the same care workers and at the same times each week, where possible
- Developing excellent relationships with both clients and care workers so both can enjoy positive experiences
- Working with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels are met
The successful post holder will:
- Be a confident communicator with a naturally outgoing and positive attitude
- Have experience within care preferably
- Have knowledge of the local area to be able to schedule/plan
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be committed to ensuring our teams deliver the highest quality care with a passion for care at home
- Remain professional at all times whilst being hardworking, team player
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
