Initially you will join the company as part of the 6-week training academy, this will assure you understand the role you're undertaking.

The Role:

Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client's requirement.
Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
