ZD are supporting an exciting consumer brand on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Be apart of the excitement of this expanding retail group who are currently investing in all Head Office functions.


Ideally this role will suit someone who is already an internal or external recruiter who is used to developing their own new and innovative ways to attract talent through social media and job boards.


This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful business that develops its people and encourages you to build internal relationships to help you find the best people that fit their business.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Creating attention grabbing adverts and campaigns to attract talent
  • Working with their senior leadership to identify future needs
  • Interviewing and assessing potential colleagues for all areas of our business at all levels
  • Project Management

To be successful:

  • You will have experience of working in a recruitment function and desirable within the retail, financial or logistics sector.
  • You will be savvy and intuitive in attracting talent through all means of social media including LinkedIN, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Proactive individual with strong attention to detail and follow through on action plans.
  • Skilled negotiator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication and planning skills to work in a fast paced and demanding setting.
  • Experience working with Microsoft office suite and knowledge of excel.
