WHAT TO EXPECT
Jaguar is an iconic brand with an illustrious heritage that is now undergoing a dramatic transformation.

As part of the Re-Imagine strategy for the Jaguar Land Rover business, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end customer journey, underpinned by an all-electric car portfolio.

As part of the brand led turnaround, we are implementing a new direct customer sales strategy and are therefore building a programme team to define and deliver a new brand store portfolio globally.

We are currently seeking a Brand Store Special Projects coordinator to join our global retail development team.

Reporting to the Brand Store Concept Manager, the Special Projects Analyst will deliver a variety of projects related to Jaguar's retail strategy, working with external agencies and partners, and cross-functionally with the Jaguar and Commercial teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating with key stakeholders on behalf of the Brand Stores team
  • Supporting with diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Support with financials, including raising purchase order requests, managing receipts and tracking spend
  • Coordinate events for company conferences and team events
  • Assist with daytoday tasks and adhoc office responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Similar experience in an Office Coordinator / Senior Administrator role
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Forms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other coordinators in the business
  • Ability to liaise effectively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrity and the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Attention to detail

SO WHY US?

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you'll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme.

All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.

At Jaguar Land Rover, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role.

Further details can be discussed with the Hiring Manager at interview stage.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
