Marketing & Communications Executive

We have an excellent opportunity for a
Marketing & Communications Executive to join forward thinking and collaborative Marketing & Communications team on a full time, permanent basis in York, to help ensure effective marketing and communicationdelivery for a range of audiences and projects.

The Marketing & Communications Executive will be:

Raising and developing awareness of the full range of support available from the organisation by using of a range of channels and approaches
Looking for continuous improvement and working with the Lead to compile evidence of effectiveness of activity for regular performance reporting
Contributing to effective crossworking across Marketing and Communications by active collaboration
Monitoring competitors and markets and offer evidence of best practice and potential improvements
Delivering powerful, integrated campaigns that promote our organisation, brand and products
Writing all content in a confident, compelling and concise style, flexed to each medium
Using data effectively to develop highimpact, personalised marketing/communications

The successful
Marketing & Communications Executivewill ideally have the following:

Degree and/or relevant professional qualification and/or a track record of experience in a similar or related role
Familiarity with typical marketing/communications work practices, processes and procedures, ideally including broader commercial awareness.
Operational familiarity with a range of relevant systems, platforms, tools and channels.
Skilled at writing compelling, concise copy for a diversity of media.
Strong customer orientation and ability to form effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role of
Marketing & Communications Executive would best suit someone who is positive, conscientious, circumspect and loves to get things done.

Well-developed skills in assimilating complex information, making good decisions quickly andworking well under deadline pressure.

Salary:
£24-28K

Hours: 9-5 (flexible working hours)
