The Heart of Mercia Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) formed on 1 April 2019 and delivers post 16 education in Hereford, Stourbridge and Worcester.

The MAT has an annual budget of £28m and serves the needs of 5,500 students across the region.

The Trust requires a full-time Network and Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth running and on-going development of the college's computer network and other systems.

Key responsibilities:
- work collaboratively with other members of the Trust Network and Systems Team and IT Hub staff
- support the management of IT related developments and projects within the Trust when required and assist other key stakeholders with IT aspects of projects
- administer the Trust's Windows based 'Active Directory' based computer systems
- administer and develop the Office 365 tenancies
- administer data backup and retrieval systems

You should be:
- a strong team-player with great organisational skills
- someone who can build strong working relationships with others
- flexible - as there will be work required outside of normal working hours on occasions
