We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join a friendly team, dedicated to serving delicious products, in a fast paced setting.


Are you passionate about food? Do you enjoy working within a welcoming and hard working team? Do you have a hands on approach and lead by example? If so, then this may be the Assistant Manager role for you.

The ideal Assistant Manager will have experience within a restaurant environment, where they have led their teams from the front and helped others to develop their skills.

They will also be an all-round expert when it comes to creating and delivering excellentcustomer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
PLANNING & DELIVERING RESULTS

  • Understanding the P&L and work to support the General Manager to maximise sales opportunities without compromising the customer experience.
  • To monitor performance across all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service in order to deliver exceptional service to customers.
TEAMWORK & DEVELOPING OTHERS

  • To maintain a high quality, motivated and professional team.
  • To assist others with their performance through training and development.
  • To ensure that the full team, comply with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation.

COMMUNICATION

  • To communicate with the team effectively, to achieve the highest possible standards for customers.
  • To attend and constibute to regular team meetings
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING

  • Work effectively under pressure, to deliver a smooth customer experience
  • To pay attention to the small details, that help to deliver the highest possible standards.
  • To promote best practice within the restaurant and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.
