    Health and Safety Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health and safety policies, procedures, and programs across various industries.

    Duties:

    • Developing and implementing health and safety policies that align with company and client requirements.
    • Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
    • Providing expert guidance and support to operational teams to ensure safe work practices.
    • Leading incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Delivering training sessions on health and safety best practices and emergency procedures.
    • Collaborating with clients to tailor solutions that enhance safety while optimising operational performance.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a health and safety role within a technical facilities management environment.
    • NEBOSH Diploma is essential.
    • Addional health and safety qualifications and certifications are desirable.

    Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
