Description
A great opportunity to has arisen with our client who are a not for profit organisation. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team. You will be working in close partnership with colleagues across the organisation to manage technicalproject delivery. As the project manager you will be required to deliver a variety of IT projects making improvements across the technical estate


As the Technical Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project initiation and scoping
  • Producing and maintaining a project plan
  • Facilitating risk workshops and managing risk through the project lifecycle
  • Managing project financial tracking and purchasing
  • Managing changes in project scope, producing documented change control
  • Reporting project status
  • Arranging and facilitating steering group meetings
  • Planning, organising and managing technical change implementations
  • Producing transition documentation to hand over projects to the IT service team (BAU)
  • Requesting and organising project resources and team members to deliver project tasks and activities
  • Supporting the Technical Team
  • Coaching team members in project practices to ensure full and consistent understanding and appreciation.
