CARPENTER

Location: Stevenage area
All work within 10 minutes travel
Van and fuel provided
Hourly Rate: £16.10 per hour PAYE £23.64 Umbrella payment is also available dep on experience

You will be working as part of a team within the maintenance department carrying out repairs and maintenance.

Main trade experience must be Carpentry.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
