General Responsibilities:

• Sweep all courtyards
• Sweep and weed front and back of the building
• Empty all ashtrays
• Water all plants (frequency is seasonal)
• Ensure courtyards are neat and tidy by 10am
• Look in maintenance book to see what items have been entered
• Change all lightbulbs needed
• Notify Assistant manager of any lightbulb needing to be ordered
• Ensure reception bin bag drawers are full and stock of bin bags is good, notify manager if more needed
• Notify management of any repairs needed / faults found
• Ensure maintenance cupboard is kept clear and tidy
• Ensure all tools are on site and in working order
• Assist clients with heavy deliveries to their units
• Clean out and bleach bin stores
• Test emergency lighting
• Sweep all balconies
• Sweep for cobwebs
• Clean WCs and Kitchen fans filters
• Check all WCs perfume machines
• Complete timesheet noting all jobs carried out that day
• Wipe all window sills of dust
• Light refurbishment of unit/communal area
• General maintenance help when asked by management
• Security of building during events
• Storing and recovering decorations, tables, chairs from various cupboards

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 12 per week


Salary:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour
