Skills People Group are a national provider of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and Pre-Employment Training Programmes.

We specialise in both commercial and funded training and are proud to be nationally recognised as one of the UK's largest private training providers due to the growth of our sector and funding secured.


There is a requirement to have experience in the delivery of construction related qualifications.

  • Making contact with learners following their initial enrolment.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that appropriate documentation is completed as required and submitted in both a compliant and timely manner.
  • Provide information, advice and guidance regarding the qualification process and associated matters.
  • Work with learners to complete workbooks and mandatory knowledge units.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure your assigned caseload receive regular contact in the first 46 weeks of their programme.
  • Make contact with employers as required and coordinate meetings with learners.
  • Maintain a forward plan of meetings in order to hit targets and KPI's.
  • Check completed documentation and ensure that it is completed accurately and in full.
  • Log all contact and information onto our MIS system and eportfolio platform.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to monitor the changing landscape and sector requirements whilst identifying development areas that the business should act upon.
  • Inspire and support teams and encourage creativity in order to embed excellence in customer experience internally and externally.
  • Report activity and planned meetings in accordance with the Company requirements
  • To meet the Company performance and quality targets
  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the line manager

A valid teaching qualification at a minimum of PTLLS

Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance

Experience of managing a caseload of learners.

Preferred experience using e-portfolio's.

Other details:
You will report to The Construction Operations Manager

You will be based from S20 3FR in Sheffield, but the role will have flexibility to work remotely and at employers premises
