We are looking for maternity cover for our Head of Strategy & Partnerships.

While the substantive role covers a number of areas, in this 12 month period we particularly want to focus on our employer strategy and are therefore looking for an individual who can bring direct experience of working with/for employers, is well networked in this area, and who has expertise on how to influence employer practice and behaviour on the topic of youth employment.

Working closely with the Strategy Manager and Partnerships Manager through insight gathering and managing initiatives and projects with employers and employer bodies, you will support Youth Futures to deliver its employer strategy, underpinned by a unique and impactful set of projects to achieve systemic change in how employers recruit and retain marginalised young people in the workforce.

Through this range of work and partnerships, you will help to develop a powerful and effective "business case" for employers that has genuine cut-through across the system.
