Operations and IT Assistant

This position seeks an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a proficiency in IT, and a willingness to jump into all sorts of tasks with a degree of autonomy.

This will involve assisting in the day-to-day running of the company, solving problems with IT systems, and enhancing various areas of the business.

By immersing yourself in different areas of the company, you'll gain a holistic insight into all operations, positioning you to suggest and drive improvements.

You will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a small construction firm, understanding the significance of each team member's contribution and have a large impact.

In your down time in the office, we will encourage you to pursue self-led learning to build essential skills and become familiar with tools like our company dashboard, Excel, AutoCAD, and, if suited, delve into networking and light coding.

This multifaceted position lays a strong foundation for your professional journey, equipping you with critical problem-solving skills under the guidance of our technical members of staff.

You will be expected to have car to commute to our head office, and local construction sites.

Unit 15 Ravenshorn Way, Renishaw, Sheffield, S21 3WY

The salary will be between £22,000 to £26,000 depending on your experience.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
