Your role

You'll:
strategize and execute on campus marketing for different tech related audiences globally

- create content collaborating with our agencies to attract future talent to UBS
- partner closely with senior recruiting stakeholders to drive recruitment outcome with marketing action
- organize campus events (virtual and face to face) together with the broader team

Your team

Your expertise

You have:
3+ years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
3+ years of experience of content creation (including copywriting in English) for social media

- strong track record of full-cycle recruitment marketing or employer branding campaign management
- clear understanding of campus recruitment, events and engagement strategies
- experience from a large corporation and how to get content and ideas approved

You are:
- a natural communicator, great stakeholder manager and a great storyteller
- a doer: a good person to work with, inspiring and creative
- a team-player who likes to sprint out ideas and content with others but likes to get into the details
- an good copywriter in English, other languages is a plus
