We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they:

We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they:

have excellent communication skills,

Day shifts (full time or part time)
the shift times will vary depending on the service's needs.
Pay rate of £11.95 per hour.
Working as a recovery worker within various supported housing projects across London (female adult client group). The client group will have complex needs and/or in recovery from various mental health issues, substance use etc. This role may include medication administration as required.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the services, including using Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures as applicable.
Liaising with other professionals
Attending various management and multiagency meetings as required
Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
Conducting various risk assessments and health and safety checks.
Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and conduct effective handovers to the day staff.
An
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Adult & Child) less than 3 years old (Essential)
Experience working within the supported housing sector, preferably with a client group who have mental health issues and complex needs.
Excellent communication and administration skills
An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
A clear and robust understanding of professional boundaries
A solid work ethic and ability to always remain vigilant
A high level of personal integrity
The right to work within the United Kingdom
